Sindoore - Indian By Nature: Experience Authentic Indian Flavors in Nashville

We had a great evening at Sindoore. Our servers were friendly and answered all of our menu and recommendation questions. Our party tried the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and an assortment of desserts. We enjoyed our food and I am happy to have discovered a great spot for Indian food in Donelson.

Excellent food and service. They have a lunch buffet, but we ordered off the menu. Best buttered chicken I've ever had and everything else was on-point.

Have been a few times and they were very good. Just went back again today and the food was great as usual!

The food tastes GREAT! I love the lunch buffet. The meat was tender; the spices exquisite. It's not very hot/spicy so it's good for the whole family. The service was great. I love that they are generous with the butter on their naan. My only disappointment is that there are statues of Hindu idols in the restaurant which goes against my spiritual comfort as a Christian.

My wife and I love Indian food and while eating at another Indian restaurant in the area, had a patron there suggest we try Sindoore. That was wonderful advice. The food was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for more

Someone recommended this place. It certainly lived up to the hype. On the outside I would've never stopped in -- doesn't look like much. But the inside is lovely! The staff very professional. And the food was fantastic! Enough for leftovers. And it was just as yum the second time. If you're needing a meal near the airport -- make it Sindoore.

After a previous bad experience here my wife and I went back to try again. Sure glad we did. We started with a Somasa Chat and it was solid. Then we got Veg Korma, Butter Chicken, Biryani and it was all really good. We brought half of it home and ate it for lunch the next day.. was even better then!!

My family and I absolutely love this place. The garlic naan, butter chicken, Tiki Masala, all of the food is top notch. Definitely my favorite Indian food in Nashville, and one of my favorite restaurants of any kind in Nashville. The service is also top notch. It's almost Ruth's Chris level. The ambience is a bit of a mixed bag. The parking lot and neighborhood are kinda sketch, but inside it's fine dining, and upscale vibes. All good, though. Once you're inside you forget that you had to walk past a vape shop to get there.

Wow, what an unexpected gem in Nashville! My friend and I stopped by Sindoore on our way out. This place is close to the airport. When I think about Nashville, I don't think about Indian food. However, the heart wants what the heart wants - so it led us here. Service was great. Owners respected the fact that my friend has a service animal even though I think one of their staff members initially was a bit hesitant to let us in, understandably. The restaurant wasn't that crowded during the time that we went which was the early afternoon. Service was quick and professional. Everything looks inside like a standard indian restaurant would look anywhere else in the states. We both ordered the same thing - some type of lunch special or thali. All foods packed a flavorful punch and was the right amount of portion in total for both of us. We will be back if we're ever in town. Thank you for a great pre-flight lunch!

The food was really good!! Especially enjoyed the okra dish. I feel like anything here would be good.. loved the butter naan as well. We got there right at 5pm when they opened & they quickly got slammed. The restaurant was packed. I'm guessing because it was on the Yelp Too 100 a lot of people are wanting to check it out now. So while we did get seated immediately we did wait on our food awhile so go when u have time.
